## DESCRIPTION

* This longer Saturday workout is well balanced with cardio, bodyweight gymnastics, and weightlifting

* Over the 25 minutes of work, athletes can expect to complete between 2-4 rounds

## POWER SNATCHES

* Choose a lighter barbell weight that can be cleared in under 2 minutes

* This should be a load that you can cycle for small sets, not singles

* 1 Round of Cindy is:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

* Choose a variation for pull-ups and push-ups that let you clear those stations within 2 sets
