Mindreader (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)


400 Meter Assualt Bike *or* 200 Meter Row

7 Power Cleans 95/65 (Rx+ 115/85)

7 Burpees

* Today’s triplet workout resembles a CompTrain Benchmark workout called “Mind Eraser” than includes 200 meter runs in place of 400 meters on the bike

* This “winter friendly” version has a very similar stimulus, where we’re always moving right at our threshold pace

* The small reps and short time at each station allow us to maintain a higher intensity throughout

* We can expect rounds to take between 1:30-2:00 to complete

* This puts athletes finishing about 10-14 rounds at the end of 20 minutes


* Choose a light to moderate weight that you can complete in 1-2 sets during the workout


* These are regular burpees

* You can jump-up or step-up out of the bottom
