Complete 2 Rounds for Reps of the following:
-Kettlebell Swings
-Box Jump Overs
-Power Cleans
-Toes to Bar
*DESCRIPTION*
While partner 1 runs 400 meters, partner 2 will complete as many kettlebell swings as possible.
When partner 1 returns, partner 2 runs 400 meters while partner 1 completes as many kettlebell swings as possible till their partner returns.
*This rotation will be repeated for each movement for a total of 8 rotations.
