## DESCRIPTION

* This is a bike and bodyweight workout

* Look to the clock to determine “1 minute” on the bike then

* Complete the 2 rounds (30 total reps)

* Then get back on the bike for 1 minute

*The score total is total calories accumulated over the 16 minutes of work

## BIKE

* Use any machine if you’re short on bikes

* You could also choose a 100 meter fast walk/run as a substitution.

*If you choose to walk/run each 100 meters would be = to 10 calories for your score.
