AMRAP 15 (As Many Rounds As Possible 15 minutes)

10 Calorie Row or Bike

10 Deadlifts

10 Push Ups

100 Meter Run/Walk
DESCRIPTION

*Looking to complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

*About 3-4 minutes per round is anticipated

ROW/BIKE

*This will be for 10 caloried (~1-2 minutes)

DEADLIFT

*Can be a kettle bell, 1 or 2 dumbbells or a barbell.

*Looking for something you could complete 15-20 reps without breaking when fresh.

*Could break this up in 2 sets for the workout.

PUSH UPS

*These could be on the ground, on your knees, against a wall or bar in the rack.

*Looking for a difficulty that may require you to break this into 2 sets.

100 METER RUN/WALK

*Looking to walk quickly or run on this station
