*This workout is on the longer side–it equates to 49 reps of each movement

*Each movement should be scaled to a level it can be done without rest

#PUSH UPS

*Could be elevated on a box or at the wall or a bar in the rack

#DB THRUSTERS

*Can be sitting to standing with a press

#SEATED KNEE RAISES

*Double knee raise

*Can scale up to hanging from the bar

#KB DEADLIFTS

*This could be from the ground or an elevated target

#KETTLEBELL SWING

*Can go overhead or to eye level

#BENT OVER ROW

*Can be an empty barbell, PVC pipe or 2 dumbbells.
