DESCRIPTION

*This piece balances out gymnastics (jumping), simple cardio, and moderate weightlifting

*Your score today is your slowest rounds

*Each round should be completed in 2 minutes or less, if it is taking longer lets adjust reps to allow completion in 2 minutes.

JUMPS/HEEL RAISES

*A lot of options here including: jumping in place holding a post, jumping onto a plate, heel raises

DEADLIFTS

*Choose a moderate weight that you could complete for 21+ reps unbroken when fresh

*Within the workout, this should be a weight you can cycle for at least sets of 3-5 at a time
