Power Snatch

Performance:

Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes

– 5X5 T&G Power Snatch – work up in weight

Skill Work

Fitness and Performance:

Every 90 seconds for 3 rounds.

Movement 1 – 20 Walking Lunge Steps with KBs

Movement 2 – 3-5 Wall Climbs or 20-40m Bear Crawl

Movement 3 – 10-15 GHD Sit-Ups or 30 second L-Sit or 60 second Hollowbody

Farmer’s Carry

With a Partner,

Complete one 600m Farmers carry with 2 Kettle Bells. Both partners walk together and alternate whenever they choose.
