Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes, complete:

2 Front Squats and 5 Box Jumps

*The objective of this workout is to lift as much weight as possible over the course of 20 minutes. Count each squat as a rep, calculate all of your squats together to get your final score.

Ex – 20 sets x 2 reps each @ 100lbs = 4,000lbs

2 Squat Cleans and 5 Box Jumps (24/20)

*The objective of this workout is to lift as much weight as possible over the course of 20 minutes. Count each SC as a rep, calculate all of your squat cleans together to get your final weight.

Ex – 20 sets x 2 reps each @ 100lbs = 4,000lbs
