With a Partner, row as many meters as possible in 20 minutes. Alternating every 1 for 10 sets (go off of the timer on the rower).

Make Up Day

Fitness and Performance:

Spend the rest of class time making up the skill set or the 2 strength sets for the week.

Monday – 12-16 minute alternating EMOM of 2 different skills

Tuesday – Press / Pull

Wednesday – Squat Cleans or Deadlift/Front Squat
