This is the last day to perform the CrossFit Open 16.1 workout. If you are planning on doing / redoing 16.1, you will need a judge (judges will not be provided today). There is a full list of certified judges for all of the Rx athletes on the white board if you need some names.
Reminder for all those that signed up for the Open online: your score needs to be entered before 8:00pm Monday night.
Fitness and Performance:
Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Minutes (6 Sets):
Minute 1 – 8-12 Wall Balls (30/20)
Minute 2 – 25-40 Double Unders (Unbroken is the goal)
*The above is an example of 2 movements that could be worked on during this time. You are more than welcome to replace these with 2 different movements.
Leap Year – Leap Frog Workout
With a Partner, alternate movements to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 Minutes.
