With a Partner:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

10 Wall Balls (20/14) / KBS (53/35)

5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24/20)

5 Toes to Bar

Rest 1 minute between sets, and complete a total of five sets. Alternate full rounds between partners.
