– Row 400 Meters / Run 300m (Alternate between the run and row each round. 3 sets of each)

– 12 Wall Balls

– 6 Burpees

Performance:

– Row 500 Meters / Run 400m (Alternate between the run and row each round. 3 sets of each)

– 5 Thrusters (95/65)

– 10 Burpees Over the Barbell
